ABSTRACT
Terrorism is currently the main enemy of the Sahel countries in general and Burkina Faso in particular. Since 2015, Burkina Faso has experienced an increase in terrorist attacks which, unfortunately, affect and affect all social strata. Faced with this scourge whose repercussions echo at all levels of society, certain writers have taken the responsibility of addressing this issue in their writings. This is the case of Dramane KONATÉ in his collection of short stories La triade de sang. This reflection focuses on this collection of three short stories whose titles, “Bouktou”, “L’Avenue panafricaine” and “Las Basmas” are revealing. All this news has a strong anchor in the world of terrorism. In doing so, a major question underlies our thinking. What grammatical schemes did the author use to describe the terrorist attacks in the work? The study aims to highlight all the linguistic arsenal that the author used to account for the terrorist attacks in his work. As a hypothesis we postulate that the author used well-defined archetypes to succeed in his descriptions.
