Abstract

The dehumanization caused by the security crisis challenges us on the purposes of education. Beyond the questioning of peaceful coexistence between men, terrorism invites us to a philosophical reflection on the cause and effect relationship between the security crisis and that of education. Thus, these horrors of this contemporary era that we are witnessing reflect a crisis of reason and a decrepitude of morality. In this article it is a question of apprehending the concept of terrorism and its repercussions on education. It is this ability to conceptualize complex things that allows humans to transcend this bestiality and project themselves into the future to anticipate certain problems. As this human capacity can only be obtained through education, it is necessary to find urgent solutions to minimize security risks and ensure educational continuity. The history of education being consubstantial with that of innovation, a reflection on pedagogical innovations is essential to establish a relationship to knowledge under the sign of education which constitutes the essence of Socratic thought. This is how we can hope to develop in man, the values ​​of peace and social cohesion which constitute his superiority.
